Visitor Policy
When visiting Ashbrook, please use the video intercom at our front door to check in with the office. Once inside, you must sign our visitor log and wear a visitor sticker at all times.
During the School Year
- 7:50 a.m. — Classroom doors open
- 4:00 p.m. — Front doors closed/locked, 3:30 p.m. on Fridays
During the Summer
- 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. — Office Open
- Please note: the office is closed July 1-5.
- 7:50 a.m. — Classrooms open
- 8:15 a.m.-12 noon — Morning ½ day program
- 8:15 a.m.-2:45 p.m. — Full Day Program
- 2:45 p.m.-5:30 p.m. — After School Program
- 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. — Instructional program.
- 3:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. — After School Program for K-8th grade.
